Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Qikmart ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer"). By placing an order, Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Qikmart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will apply to any orders placed after the amendments are made available on our website.

2. Orders and Acceptance

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Qikmart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraud.

2.2 Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless expressly agreed upon by Qikmart.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 Prices are quoted in Indian Rupee [ ₹ ] and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payments are due in full at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Qikmart website.

3.3 Qikmart reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors, omissions, or changes in market conditions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Qikmart will make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates only, and delays may occur.

4.2 Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

4.3 Qikmart is not liable for delays or losses due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Title and Risk of Loss

5.1 Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the products to the carrier or upon transfer to Buyer if collected in-store (if applicable).

5.2 Qikmart retains a security interest in the products until full payment is received.

6. Return and Refund Policy

6.1 Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as customized products or final-sale items, may not be eligible for return.

6.2 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned product.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Qikmart provides a limited warranty that products will be free from material defects for 7 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.

7.2 Qikmart's liability for any claim arising out of the sale of any product is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for that product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content displayed on Qikmart's website, remain the property of Qikmart or our licensors. The Buyer is not granted any rights to use these intellectual property rights except as explicitly permitted.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indian Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indian Jurisdiction.
